The Reidsville High School Concert Band is the largest ensemble and is composed of students from all grade levels. The repertoire performed by the RHS Concert Band is from various styles and genres and is at a North Carolina Grade level III/IV. The Concert Band is a class in the Spring that meets every day as well as having after school sectionals. It performs two concerts every Spring, one in March and another in May. In addition to this, the band will regularly travel to the Central NC MPA Festival in March to receive ratings and feedback from well known professionals in the music world. There are various other events as well that the band will attend. Participation at all performance events is mandatory for all members. As with marching band, there are fundraising opportunities in the Spring and all members are encouraged to participate in those. All members must meet the following expectations:

They must have a positive school disciplinary record

They must meet any academic participation requirements set forth by Reidsville High School and Rockingham County Schools

They must have prior musical experience
